atheists think that religious people are brainwashed

Correct, being an atheist basically means your a r****d, look at the nature, human body, univers etc and TELL me it comes from a coincidence/ explosion

Nothing can't make everything lmao
not really what I meant. every time I talk with an atheist irl about religion they act as tho they are the only free thinkers and that every religious person is just brainwashed

you're just reinforcing the same kind of dogmatic thinking you accuse atheists of, the hard part is questioning WHY you believe what you believe, not just countering the narrative and calling it freedom.

i am not being dogmatic. Im questioning the dominant narrative = that is thinking for myself

questioning is a start, but real independent thought isn't only just rejecting what's popular, means really thinking about why different ideas are popular, who benefits. what evidence supports / challenges
