my stance is clear
its been clear since 2025 time, greys infiltrating the forum and such with clav
but its clear offtopics rep system enables these things, if u seriously want it to be self improvement related there would be much more rough policies in place, a grey sees how fun it is to get the red number and the activity, and his brain does too, so starts the cycle, some realise its a problem and stop the others stay, i do think some are more tolerant to it then others who get like 9k posts in a couple months
