"Pull out the hairs smoothly in one go and tell how many came out."...I need to know whether I am experiencing hairfall or its common for hairs to come out when u adjust or play with it with ur hands

if any falls out if you are doing what I'm doing in my avi, something is wrong.

if it falls out in the shower it's different because shampoos have chemicals and added friction which can make it far easier to pull out hair.

Ran my hand roughly through my hair about 12 times and only 4 strands came out. My hair's long.

you're being paranoid... the hairs don't fall out so easily from touching them.

I was reading a book with continuous hand movements over my head and with time , I could see approx 10 hairs on that book

Oh no then I think I have started norwooding cause I have atleast 2 hair fall out in one go but my hair is also too long ..it's length is upto my neck if I pull it straight

No , it don't fall out with that movements..it falls out when I pull them

If it's the first go then it's fine. Depends on a lot of things though. Sometimes more hair will fall out than others. When I smoke weed more hair falls out. Same when I was a hardcore meth user.

I don't do any kind of smoking..my diet is healthy.. Should I hop on finasteride?

Apply oil on your hair before sleeping then while taking bath use a good conditioner too after shampoo
