i think the average person peaks at 18-20 bc they generally arent very active and dont live healthily past highschool and towards the end of college/uni

however i see no reason why men and women dont peak a slightly later if they live a healthy lifestyle, especially when stuff like facial fat redistribution is actually a common thing
