ever since i was a child , the "disabled" kid or the kid who behaved differently and everyone could tell that they have some "problem" and then they'd bully them would want to be my friend.

i have tried so many times to run away from them cause I know I'm a high functioning neurodivergent and I can behave "normally" if I try, although it's exhausting but it's possible for me.
Now if I befriend them, more people would become aware of my "differentness", although there are many who could see all through my "normalcy" facade.
But I wasn't ostracized much like them.

I have behaved with my fellow "different" people with rudeness too sometimes and I still deeply regret that. I cry about that often still, that I was so engrossed in chasing being "normal" and being a part of the "normal" group that I betrayed my own people.

But as I grew older I felt better with my "differentness", most normal people don't fascinate me any longer cause most of them have become very mundane.

I'm glad I no longer feel the need to hide my neurodivergent nature and can talk and befriend anyone ( "different" or "normal" it doesn't matter).

I'm sorry to all of them I've hurt before and also sorry for rejecting their deep friendship. I was a foolish, foolish kid. May they forgive me!
