im currently trying to gain weight healthily since i’m underweight (which may be contributing to my face being underdeveloped and is lowering estrogen) and i’ve been eating SO MUCH AVOCADO oh my gosh i think i’ve eaten more avocado in the past week than i have in my entire life

also for anyone wondering heres some other foods i’ve been eating to gain weight
- olive oil (i include a little in my smoothies and i cook with it)
- dark chocolate
- cheese
- steak
 
Eat animal fats instead imo if you are going to eat fats, however this won’t make you gain weight. Good that you are eating steak and cheese though that’s good for health, not necessarily gaining weight though. For gaining weight I recommend eating just a ton of food in general, but if you eat a more natural diet you will look better and might not need to gain weight intentionally and good luck with your efforts !

9tb spoons of olive oil throughout the day is best. Three after each meal. Lots of whole milk too. I'd even recommend mixing whole milk powder with your whole milk, to enrich it, and maybe some peanut butter powder too. Tastes delicious.

You also gotta make sure you're getting enough carbs. Pasta drenched in olive oil is great. Lots of grains and cereals too. You cannot gain weight without carbs.

Also, make sure you get olive oil that was only produced in one country. Olive oil that was produced using olives from multiple countries loses the good cholesterol qualities because of the way it's gotta be heated or something when they're all put together. I'd recommend using the Spanish Olive Oil from Costco. The spicier it is the better it is for you.

To actually gain weight ignore the shit I said above that was just healthy food, just consume everything in sight. Then once you reach your goal weight, just go back to normal

i wish you the best on your recovery!! you’re doing great btw🙏 ur diet of avocado, steak, cheese, etc sounds so good! don’t forget to put butter on things, butter is very calorie dense!
