Omega-3, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Potassium, Ashweghanda and Beta Carotin

Idk, I'm just taking them so I don't die from the test I take lol
I take Omega-3, Magnesium and Zinc too. Apparently Omega-3 and Magnesium help for concentration and cognitive abilities apparently and Zinc helps for hair regrowth/recovery, without it I'll be on the Norwood 3 scale at 18.
