Bad nose gotta be the biggest nerf

It’s much easier to find good surgeons + actually look good after surgeries like bimax but with your nose it’s sooo hard

Cause the results are always either too conservative or it’s really obvious you got your nose done

With bimax it’s easy to get the perfect result but with a nose job you have to accept your fate at some point

I feel if they’re a little far apart they can be fixed with some makeup but yeah otherwise hard
Tho i dont think its as bad as a bad nose
