-find a tiny black jacket (similar to the one in the reference) and equip it on ur balls
-shave everything apart from the top of ur balls, (make sure the hair extends outwards for the fluffy hair effect)
-if u feel fancy, u can get a pen and draw eyebrows and a mustache on them

now ur ball should look exactly like the reference image. caution: ur ballsack might get acne over time so add a ballsack skin care daily routine to ur life.
