Hi,

I’ve been doing some thinking of my own about what happened, and I can now see my own mistakes. There are a few things that could've been handled better.

I would really like another chance. I realize I did wrong. I don’t expect you to forget what happened and you shouldn't, but I would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to show that I've learned from my mistakes and won't repeat them.
