I watched, wtf am I supposed to brush my teeth with if fluoride is bad? isnt the amount in toothpaste so little that it doesnt matter?
yeah idk abt that and it aint that deep imo,

but u can use like coconut oil and baking powder as a toothpaste tbh, it does a much better job

Baking soda and charcoal can be too much abrasive for enamel long term

Bookmarked for later
Yeah i agree/disagree tbh, fluoride in small doses is fine especially against cavities. I was always an anti-fluoride when i was younger and now i need a molar extraction because of a cavity. Tbh there are low doses fluoride toothpastes if you don't look after big brands that will do the job.

Keto is good for people who isn't that active IRL. When you start gymcelling you feel it when you lack of carbs. Of course carbs from fruits, honey and more complex carbs will be better, especially the ones with fibers & micronutrients

Cooking in animal fats is ideal tbh, also animal fat does wonder for skincare

Soluble fibers will improves intestines function and microbiota. Of course not the insoluble who can irritate it. Micronutrients are important, we have cases now in the big 2025 of people suffering from scurvy because they're affraid of eating fruits & vegetables lmao

soluble fiber is proven beneficial, but its not needed as we can get much better benefits from animal products which are much more efficient than soluble fiber.

fruits contain only vitamin C as their unique nutrient which is not present in meat, i mean u can eat liver for vitamin c tbh, but i get, but the amt of vitamin c u need is not a lot, but i also recommend u to consume fruits though
