i think it was for mass disliking but thats lowk retarded and it was like 2 months by now or something so i think he should get unbanned , i dont think hes gonna come back anyway tho

I don't think we've ever banned someone for mass disliking, to be honest with you, but if he is someone who got banned for that then it should be easy to appeal via email.
