Ensure your main clips are high-quality, ideally shot in 4K at 60fps, which allows for smooth slow-motion during velocity edits, if not then just use anything you'd like if u wanna be lazy ab it. (clips dont have to be 4k you can fix that later on trust.) they have coloring and quality tutorials on TikTok. (I usually get my information from tiktok or yt)

you can add SFX on your transitions to make it blend in more too btw
