Ativan u can larp a anxiety disorder, that one is easy to do some research on yourself, Pregabalin (lyrica) If abused correctly can shorten anxiety an override activity with heightened neural activity, amygdala region basically gets soothed with euphoria. It also indirectly helps with the GABA region or receptors helping overall inhibitory activity in the brain. overall it just helps with neural firing overdosage. Plus it helps with the release im pretty sure of glutamate and substance P, which are also involved in causing stress, thus basically overriding them shortening the anxiety you feel as well.

I could go more in depth in DM's I would suggest lyrica for approaching or dates. Ativan for day to day life.

Pregab no, but i've heard good stories on it willing to try basically, and ativan? yes i was addicted to it due to impulsivity of not wanting anxiety at all.

Definitely Pregab (lyrica) I will elab in pm's tmrw but u take it once a week on special occasions, u do not wanna build a tolerance.
