salicylic acid serum, tower 28 face spray, Accutane. I honestly think you would look better without the dark waterline, you also need to debloat ur face, or do lymphatic drainage.

run accutaine and retatrutide. Clear ur skin and get lean. Then work from there. minoxodil on the eyebrows and eyelashes to naturally make them thicker and darker so you don't need makeup, and get some vaseline on your lips so they aren't so cracked and dry.

Yeah, minox causes dryness and so does accutaine. But since ur putting such a small amount on it shouldn't be a problem. Ive got a post that explains the minoxidil method for eyelashes and eyebrows.

Yeah I went ahead and changed the wording from 'blast' to 'run'. Blast implies go nuts with it, run implies use proper dosing. Use proper dosing of accutaine, as prescribed by your dermatologist. For retatrutide first week do 1mg, then if all is good do 2.5mg. No need to use a high dose if it's doing the job. For me, 1mg/week was more than enough, maybe even too much, since I never had appetite issues anyway.

no, no braces for the overbite. The dentist will pull her teeth back and recess the maxilla. Maybe even pull teeth to do it. She needs jaw surgey to properly fix that, but I think she needs to get lean and debloat first, then a proper analysis of the bone structure can be done. Getting any work done on the bones before you can even see them properly is premature and isn't taking proper precautions in my opinion
