Info been feeling better ever since I increased natural honey intake.

@Whitepill (Tag)

I also ate a teaspoon a day before,increased it to 5 tablespoons,yay

The only 2 difference I noticed is more energy,but that definetly is because it’s a good glucose source.
The other one was way better skin,smoother and softer.
I do some beekeeping as a hobby so i have enough honey for the year
I think it is because of their vitamins, minerals, natural antibiotics but also a low-glycemic index carb, compared to refined sugar

Yeah I know about your beekeeping.
I find that natural honey is the best carbohydrate source,but I spread it equally throughout the day in order to not spike glucose levels so high.

That’s so beautiful,crystallized honey tastes so better in my opinion,probably has something to do with texture.
It's just beeswax in the filter, but imo the liquid gold one has a better taste than the crystallized one, you can taste what flowers they foraged (lavender etc)

Isn’t honey biochemically similar to high fructose corn syrup?

Honey biochemically is similar with high fructose corn syrup if you look at the macronurtients which are mainly just carbohydrates.
But corn syrup is also has a different HFCS compared to honey and honey has enzymes,minerals (in trace amounts) while corn syrup is just liquid cornstarch.
