1.pls fix your hair it looks traumatised, you need something glamorous, not weird
2. Do face massages every day (you can search it on youtube)
3. And maybe some more feminine and elegant clothes in ur wardrobe
4.try to workout and fix your diet, eat more potasium food, green tea twice a day, more natural food than processed ones

If you do this you already did 90% of full glow up

Oils can be put on hair only for 2 or 3 hours and then you wash it, don't wait overnight it might ruin your hair, and idk if argan oil has effect but you can try rosemary oil on your hair it works like magic
