Also even if you have the best surgeon is the world and all the money for these surgeries, it is impossible to perfectly perform all of this surgery without botchering him, I believe that he did not get surgery as he did not have the money for it and it is simply not possible for the surgeon to perfectly perform each one of them.

I just cannot believe that his facial ratios and angles went from subpar to perfect without surgery.
But, factoring in that he's not born rich and probably doesn't have a high paying job, it's also very unlikely that he got so many surgeries.
