Pretty much the only right way to live. Holding people to my double standards has made me feel way better mentally. Especially if done collectively with a group of friends like that shit heals the ozone layer and stops the tectonic plates from moving. In my opinion, you could definitely classify this as a sufficient method for group therapy.
