Not trying to join the arguement, but I agree with this part. I have seen how much psychologists study the brain, how it works/functions/etc. they put in the work and a lot of the things you just can not know from intuition alone.

Having good metabolism is law. ‘Muh count cals bro’. True joy is in eating whatever you want and still having visible abs. I kinda sympathise with women. They have allat estrogen. Men naturally burn fat cause of muscle+test. Of course you can have bad metabolism or low test. Nevertheless, feels good to be me. Thoughts?
