but in this sense, inequality will not mean the person with more pray or reward is exploiting the other but simply mean he is getting what he needs and his share of it
it will not be equal if you and your friend work on something and you do 80% of the work yet reward you both equally

yeah but that creates a class, if i am doing better work than my friend, that creates a 'hierarchy' which is what marx is against, and false hierarchy is not based on someone dominating and exploiting the others, its literally based on superiority, like in this case I am superior to my friend and hence a class is created
