The more prettier they are, the more uncomfortable I am. Whenever some attractive female is standing, walking or sitting near me, my hearts beats more, I feel nervous and have no guts to look at them.

I don't know why I am so uncomfortable around them. I feel so sick.

what worked for me is try to ignore it, like you don't even care. remember that they're human too btw. and just hang out with more women. how many female friends do you have? idk why you see them as gods or smt.

Well, it's gonna be a bigger loss if you fail at seducing/befriending her. Quite simple, no?

I don't have female friends. I used to interact with females only for some work or enquiry. I did had female friends at kindergarten to 1st grade

i just ignore them and try not to stand too close by accident, but thats like something that applies for everyone

Doesn't help even if i don't try to look at them. Even if they are close to me during walks, I feel so tense
