Most people in know that are quite intelligent also are in general good people and because of that people use them to do their work, they don't receive any value only more work. Being intelligent or skilled only seens beneficial of u are actively manipulating people for your own goals, reading people to control them etc...

It feels awful, the only reward u get to be good at something its be a thread as machine.

I dont think we can change people, lear this the hard way. It's just the felling nothing its really worth bcs so many nasty people have and will get away with so much bcs of that.

People can change, but they won't change if they don't want to change. If they are as intelligent as you say they are, then they will know they are being used.

Then, don't let the nasty people get away with it, warn the "intelligent" person.
