I'm diagnosed with orthostatic hypotension but recently found out it might be misdiagnosed and there's a chance I might have POTS my symptoms have been getting worse lately and changing your diet can help but I also want to lose weight and a main factor is increasing sodium intake and eating more complex carbs with less fatty food is there any way I can do that while staying a deficit and if so are there any food I should incorporate into my diet
