Discussion Workout Routine? Diet?

I’m curious what everyone’s workout routines and diet look like on the female side of the forum! Personally, I can be honest when i say my diet is shit and needs a lot of improvement. Exercise on the other hand is kinda my mini obsession. I try to workout for at least 2 hours a day (1 hour yoga & 1 hour doing cardio/pole fitness/light strength). I don’t go to the gym because I’m too shy, so I mainly follow fitness youtubers like Caroline Girvan, Charlie Follows, Yoga with Adrienne, Bodyfit by Amy, etc.

I’d love it if people shared their routines and what they do to stay fit! any advice and tips for everyone would be cool too :3

my diet consists of 1 line speed daily, 500 test e weekly, 200 tren e, 8IU hgh, 6.25mg aromasin and daily gymmaxxing!

i havent really been consistent so not any big results yet but what i do is a calorie deficit (around 1500cals), aim for 50g protein and 25g fiber and take vitamins (but u have to do ur research so u dont do more harm than good) also i try to avoid processed foods but like once a week i eat some junk
walk 10k steps daily and 2 times a week i do like a light workout (pilates or jogging)
so far i lost 3kg in almost 2 weeks but i lack discipline so hopefully i wont quit, but yeah thats the most important thing, discipline> perfection

also never starve yourself, it will only backfire, i used to do that 3-4 years ago and after 1-2 years i went back to eating normally and gained the weight back plus more (i used to be 44kg and then i got to 60kg which was horrible)
