DIETS
Feel free to disagree or add suggestions. This thread will cover diets that are good for you depending on your goals. Also, I don't believe in the food pyramid bs the government gives, tf are they yapping about.
There won't be any medication or vitamins you need to buy here from sketchy websites. It's just food.
Mostly straight-foward, click on the sources if you want further info.

MUSCLE BULK
The best foods to eat for muscle gain are foods rich in protein. This is because muscle is made of protein, and when you are trying to build muscle, you need that source of protein. Try eating at a calorie surplus, 500+ your normal calorie range. Avoid unhealthy foods like processed, sugary, or alcoholic stuff. Do this with weight-lifting/calisthenics to see those gains 💪.
-Salmon
-Tuna1710623435314.png
+Other seafood
-Chicken/Turkey Breast
-Eggs
-Greek Yogurt (better than normal yogurt bc they usually add protein to it)
-Lean Red Meat
-Beans
-Nuts

WEIGHT LOSS
Here, you want to avoid eating unhealthy stuff like processed foods, fatty foods, sugar/fried, alcohol, etc. You will want to go in a calorie deficit, by -500 calories. If you really are extreme, I would suggest eating 1200 cals. A lot of people suggest unhealthy extreme calorie deficits, but this will make your life significantly harder. Not only will your body try and cling onto the remaining fat (long-term energy storage) for survival (your metabolism will start shutting down), you will struggle to sleep, concentrate, and exercise (which are all horrible for your looksmaxxing journey. Lack of sleep and stress also increases hormones related to weight gain. These types of diets only work short term and are BAD for you. You can also do liquid meals and cardio. Stuff high in fiber (fiber makes you feel full). Other foods that make you feel full but are low in calories are excellent.
-Leafy and Cruciferous Vegetables1710623497258.png
-Proteins from the Muscle Bulk list
-Avocados
-Whole Grains
-Cottage Cheese
-Peppers w/ Capsaicin
-Fruits (they are usually sweet, so they will help w/ your sugar cravings)
-Chia Seeds

ENDURANCE
If you're doing a sport that involves intense cardio, or are going to run a marathon or something, high quality carbs are your friend. Carbohydrates are good short-term energy. Pump up your calories, 750 calories-ish.
-Stay hella hydrated1710623627701.png
-Quinoa
-Pasta
-Brown Rice
-Proteins from the Muscle Bulk list
-Vegetables
-Fruits
-Don't eat dairy, alcohol, sugary, fried/fatty foods.

SKIN
For more glowing, radiant, clear skin. You want to increase lycopene because it is anti-inflammatory for your skin.
-Avoid dairy, sugar, trans-fats and processed + other unhealthy foods
-Green Tea
-Salmon + Tuna1710623658277.png
-Beans
-Lentils
-Tomatoes
-Watermelon
-Grapefruit
-Asparagus
-Red Cabbage
-Whole Grains

HEIGHT
You have probably read a lot about ways to boost height, so this will be pretty familiar. AVOID PROCESSED FOODS AND FAT. These increase estrogen, and higher estrogen causes growth plates to fuse faster. Calcium is good for healthy bones, as well as proteins. Would recommend a calories surplus to maximize nutrients absorbed.

all you need for height growth = sugar, calcium and protein.
none of what you said contributes to increasing those 3

ok, you think gym is cope, so, you dont like muscular training and achieving an aesthetic and attractive physique, or get strong.
for the weight loss, it is for people who want to undergo rapid weight loss, not gradual.
cardio for health or fun. besides, you need to become fast and have good endurance if you're going to chase women at night.
for the skin, i am not entirely sure about all of the foods since i havent tried them, but ik eating unhealthy makes your face shit. lycopene is also high in some of those foods, and it makes your skin better
for height growth, i mentioned calcium, protein, and fruits (they have sugars) im starting to think you didnt read this at all
obviously you just dont want people or yourself to improve themselves through diet. cope L take

Intense sports are required to have a decent cardiovascular system
being attractive also means being healthy, right?

intense sports aren't healthy...
quite the opposite mate.
and it definitely doesnt contribute positively to your cardiovascular system, it destroys it.
most marathon runners die of heart attacks, the guy who made running popular died of one as well. they do autopsies on runners and see that their heart tissue is all stretched out.

I mean 100 meters sprinting, thats healthy then obviously if you're a fat guy sprinting over a 5km marathon and pissing blood but keeping on running yeah you will most likely die of hearth attacks

Nice thread bro
I would only add to the bulking topic that you need some carbs too

what is the source for it being healthy?
your body being in pain while you do it says enough.
stress hormones being increased as well, it's common knowledge stress is unhealthy, causes aging, etc...
My fucking father who has been studying hearth diseases and physical activity for years.

After your logic you shouldnt take a shit because "you feel like" your butthole is gonna explode that just doesnt mean you're gonna pop

Hey, nice thread man! If your bulking, don’t you also need a lot of carbs also?

why is the concept of a sedentary lifestyle being healthy so shocking to you
Nah bro, you can believe what you want, but I totally disagree with you!
My life in general and mental health got fucking better after I started exercising. But I'm not going to argue with you, you don't believe in scientific articles and you don't even care about my experience, so we're not going to get anywhere. Peace bro, I hope we improve every day!!

Hey, nice thread man! If your bulking, don’t you also need a lot of carbs also?
thanks! generally most diets have a high percentage of carbs consumed, since carbs are found in a lot of foods. you don't necessarily have to target foods rich in carbs, keep your focus on protein for muscle gains
