I struggle to go out to places and today i went to the beach and i was so overstimulated i was almost in tears

well they were in my eyes but i didnt let em fall

there was so much noise and people i couldnt deal with it

im gonna go to a doctor soon for medicines but what do u guys reccomend

no like genuine overstimulation idk i cant describe it

when noises overlap i can hear each one and i feel so overwhelmed and i genuinely start to crash out or cry
