How big is your chest

Pec Fly >= Smith Machine bench press >>> everything else

For clavicular head

Low to high cable seated and cuffed cable fly >> Converging shoulder press with arms tucked >>>> everything else

Focus on compound movements with a big stretch : Dips, incline deficit push-ups, regular deficit push-ups, dumbbell bench press, incline dumbbell presses, cable crossover flyes etc

Add frequency (training chest twice a week), become strong on these movements
