Best eye creams for lightening/brightening around eye skin?

I’m pretty sure I have some ugly ass hyperpigmentation around my eyes which makes them look hollower. I’ve looked all over tiktok for eye creams that brighten your eyes/get rid of pigmentation and have run into dead end after dead end. One person will say it’s the best product ever and then I’ll find some comment saying “don’t buy this, it did nothing”. I just want to find something that fucking works. Any good suggestions?

Would it be a stupid idea to get IV drips to fix hyperpigmentation?

What even causes hyperpigmentation, since I wear sunscreen and moisturize everyday

that only happens if you use it for too long or if you wear it in the sun, use it for 2 months on and 2 months off, never wear it in the sun only wear it at night if your gonna be somewhere dark/enclosed

only light use, but at the moment I'm using a lot of it, I have it in soap form and a cream, i try to use the cream every night and the soap twice a day

you can get 2% ones otc, but tbh some products low-key have more but they might be a little difficult find, bro you will be fine just don't wear it in the sun

Try brightening eye cream and use sunscreen every day
if still doesn’t work ask a doctor
