Title. I’m hearing that your gut health connects to your skin quality and bloating. So I want to start improving mine ASAP! What are some of the best foods/drinks that I can have thatll improve it?

I recommend you to eat foods rich in prebiotics
yogur, kefir, nuts, apples

if you need more you can do some quick research, it should be easy to find more
 
kefir and yogurt is good but the store bought ones barely have as many enzymes, try to get it from a farmer or raw
