Honestly you can't really find any good ones anymore unless you thrift for the old ones. I got Hollister ones although usually they're quite short (not like jean shorts kind, but the length overall) and I didn't seem to find any tall ones. I got a goodish one from American Eagle but the rise isn't as low as they say, it was like mid rise
