Sleeping at least 8 h per day, eating right, working out (mostly gym + running intervals), beauty/health quadrants and imo thumbpulling + zygopushing. I rlly don’t think it’s cope. Both lateral thumbpulling for cheekbones and fwhr, premaxilla pushing for forward growth and posterior alveolar pulling or ccv rotation seem to work.

I get not agreeing but so many people have seen results, you need to do it many times every day, and zygopushing is a gamechanger at least for lateral thumbpulling and posterior alveolar pulling. And people have especially seen results from posterior alveolar pulling for ccv rotation. Look at Jordan wood or Imad skywalker for example. I’m free if you have any proofs against except for the usual: it would be good if it was 24/7 pressure. Which an expander isn’t btw
