Alright so basically take hella breaks.

Like 15 min study then 5 min break
 
honestly for that many points its not about studying 24/7 its about how you study, what helped me a lot in uni is trying to recall the info without looking at notes and doing a lot of past papers, also 50/10 works so much better than 15/5 for actually getting into focus, you got this!!

I have decided I want to be an orthodontist so I can save people lives but I need 625 points(the equivalent of getting all A+ in 7 subjects) help
J method is pretty good especially for memory training.
It’s basically a spaced repetition of a topic/ lesson.
J0 discovering the lesson ( usually done in calss)
J1 the day after discovering where you try to understand and learn
J3 3 days after discovering the lesson ( write down all of what you remember and try to perfect it)
J7 a week after discovering it (practice questions and reviewing the problematic parts of what you have learned)
J15 15 days after discovering it ( only practice questions and then just reading the topic again)
J30 1 month after discovering it( write down all of what u remember + exam type questions)
