Hi, I want to know about things that could help me gain mass, strength and become jacked. I am already fit, but want to become significally bigger, about 15-20 kg bigger. What can u recommend me to take? And not some mega-expensive shit, something that I could afford.

Creatine if your want to be natty, anabolic steroids if you don't care about being natty

Just plan a lean bulk on few years, and eat sleep train repeat
 
Does creatine really helps? I heard it fills the muscles with water and make u a bit stronger with better recovery, but as you stop using it all the gains are rolling down
Not exactly, the gains you made on creatine will remain but you'll just have lesser water retention in your muscles and lose the other benefits from creatine.

Yep, I thought about that. But how do I know how much I should eat and how can I track the things I eat?
You need to calculate your calories in order to fuel you during the day but also your trainings and your recovery, without gaining unecessary fat. Get your calories first from proteins (1-1.5 gram per kilogram of bodyweight) then get enough fat and carbs, fibers, vitamins and minerals.

You need to find your ideal calories intake and stick to it.
Once you've have weighted everything and calculated your macros, you can basically eat the same thing everyday while measuring roughly your portions from eye

Ok thanks. Another question, how can I increase my appetite? Is there any ways to do that or smt? Cause my appetite is naturally low, and therefore it is really hard for me to gain.

working out should increase your appetite slightly, other than that no not really

you either gotta force feed or eat shitty foods just make sure you’re hitting your macros/calories if you’re only concerned about gaining weight

don't do all of that to gain mass you need to eat alot protein and working out

Artificially messing with hormones to look bigger. Not optimal for hormonal balance.
