Looking to order a few supplements, mainly either vitamin C and Omega-3 as from what I have heard from others it would be the best to take naturally, but anything else you guys would potentially recommend? Maybe from your experience? Let me know.

Would like to know what you guys have done and what you guys would generally recommend.

Thanks.

creatin has basicly benefits everywhere and no side effects, people who say it does have no idea what they are talking about, ashwaganda also is rly good

yeah creatine is on the way, used to take it when i first started lifting, but i just didn't buy it again after, saw some decent progress for around 3 months when I was taking it.

its not gonna change much though, dont expect anything big, but i would recomend it to everyone, its the most researched supplement in the world

omega 3s are giga cope. their effects in studies shrink so much when you account for industry funded ones.

only worthwhile supplement is vitamin D3 imo
for omega 3s u can just eat fish and u are good, ive been taking supplements before and i would just recomend eating fish instead

also cope. the difference between eating fish and not eating fish is not the difference between an unhealthy and healthy diet

i read that thread before and its mostly just a problem if are lowiq, if u do normal portions for the things you need and with good absorption you are fine
If you have a good diet you'll have good bioavaliabilty. Good diet = don't need supplements
