Is there any relativley cheap and easy ways to lose weight and become lean? (I am dieting but my appetite is high and the food in the fridge is usally unhealthy asf)

Caloric deficit, try to eat food that'll stuff you well for a low cost like rice or chicken. Hitting the gym will also help make you lose fat, calories and gain muscle.

Don't rush it. Depending on your current body fat percentage, you will need to do this for at least three months. Cutting corners/speeding up the process doesn't work in leanmaxing. You will look worse if you exaggerate.

Just eat two meals a day with high protein, exercise regularly, and have some patience.

it absolutely does. MFO is so high if you are above 15% that it doesnt matter, you just need to eat enough protein and carbs to minimze the negative nitrogen balance. The only way to fuck it up is being dumb.

Sounds wonderful in theory. In practice, no successful leanmaxer I've ever encountered rushed the process. Even the ones who didn't need to lose much fat to get lean spent a bit more time than they could just to make sure they wouldn't end up looking tired/older. But you know better.

you have no clue on how to assess bf, so its probably off, even with dexas.

Aim to lose 1kg per week and get to 80kg at around 14%.

Depends on your goals, if you want a good looking physique you should also hit the gym. According to the BMI you're slightly overweight, so getting to 82 kilos should get you in the healthy mark.

I'd be aiming for a 5-month leanmaxing journey in your case. You need to lose about 10 kilograms of fat to get visibly lean. And if you don't have reta or any other drug to assist you through it, it's better to do it slowly until you get there.

Yeah i do go gym and have significant amount of muscle mass its just covered under a layer of fat. I can tell by the size of my shoulders and biceps

Then search on how to cut properly, track your calories with an app and get a protein rich alimentation to keep the muscle

Some fat is stubborn and doesn't burn with effort but with consistency. He could lose 10kg in less time, but I'm giving him a safe advice on the premise that he won't take reta or any drug during the process.

n***a thres no stubborn fat you actual mongoloid, no fat in the universe will not burn with a 1200kcal deficit. if his fat distribution is dogshit he would need to go to sub 10% and at the rate you suggest the diet fatigue would be so big, it wouldnt be worth it. you actually have no clue on how to properly diet jfl another .com classic
