Honestly yea I’ve started intermittent fasting and calorie deficit I bulked too muchc
It’s not a valid argument at all, at 20% I am ltn and at 10% I am a decent htn lol
this is very true your not going to look nearly as good at 20% bf your bones will be covered and your cheeks will be full

I would but I’m still growing and don’t want to stunt my growth but I’m 6’2 so if you could tell me some methods that would help it’d be nice like a softmaxx version of starving rn I’m doing intermittent fasting and calorie deficit so I think it’s fine
 
I'd say get to atleast 15% bf first. Then try 12% and lower
I’m probably around 20-22 I’m on the chubbier side but I’m starting to intermittent fasting and cal deficit I’d still say I look good for my bf tho if you look at my pfp my bonemass isn’t bad

  • Increase potassium intake (bananas, potatoes, spinach, avocados, coconut water)
  • Limit sodium and processed foods
  • Avoid sugary foods and drinks
  • Drink at least 3 liters of water daily
  • Use electrolyte-rich beverages (e.g., coconut water)
  • Get 7–9 hours of quality sleep per night
  • Sleep with your head slightly elevated
  • Engage in regular cardio (e.g., jogging, cycling)
  • Perform lymphatic drainage massage (manual or with Gua Sha)
  • Apply cold compresses or chilled spoons to face
  • Limit alcohol consumption
  • Monitor and control insulin levels (reduce sugar and carb intake)

IF is counterproductive, it'll stunt both your height and skeletal growth, it also affects you to a psychological level. cut about 5% of your calorie maintenance and you should be good. it'll take its time, but it's better than coping w harmful methods

Thanks I thought it was good but apparently not, what would be some good breakfast stuff? Like a banana? I don’t tend to be very hungry in the morning anyways

it's good, but only after u fully develop. don't know a lot of actual nutrition advice but js scratching tips. I'll send you some fitness cookbooks so u can look at them. 😭🤞
