eat foods rich in potassium (bananas, potatoes...)
drink at least 2L of water everyday

I would but I’m still growing and don’t want to stunt my growth but I’m 6’2 so if you could tell me some methods that would help it’d be nice like a softmaxx version of starving rn I’m doing intermittent fasting and calorie deficit so I think it’s finestarve

IF is counterproductive, it'll stunt both your height and skeletal growth, it also affects you to a psychological level. cut about 5% of your calorie maintenance and you should be good. it'll take its time, but it's better than coping w harmful methodsHonestly yea I’ve started intermittent fasting and calorie deficit I bulked too much

it's good, but only after u fully develop. don't know a lot of actual nutrition advice but js scratching tips.
