Testosterone and SARMs is a very common stack. Can't know for sure though i'm not his doctor. But that's the most common stack people that live off their body use.

Omnivore diet is what has worked best for me. I include everything, prioritising meat: fruit, vegetables, fish, healthy fats like butter and eggs, nuts, etc. Basically eat everything that your body craves that is natural and has no conservants or any chemicals.
