I have a button nose as a male and its perfectly fine from 4/3 angle or from the side. Its tilted up but when i laugh it looks so big and fat from the front is there a way to get it smaller . I am already trying to get lower bf

You can get botox there to stop it from moving when you laugh but to get it smaller when youre straigjt faced you could try accutane or fat dissolvers
