1. Overall complexity
2. Harder to get started
3. Harder to be correct
Technically all are just: complexity.
The more you add more stuff to go wrong

Its a small stack
It literally only looks big because of the ancillaries, supplements, and nootropics
They’re merely supporting
Ancillaries so i dont fucking die
Supplements for general health
Nootropics to target the receptors affected by low e2

What about your diet?
Obviously ill try to get whole foods and high protein
I cannot purely rely on diet to cover all my nutritional needs on this specific stack because itd be more expensive than supplements
These supplements are just simpler + cheaper

Supplements become exponentially more complex though as you have to balance them and make sure you are actually meeting said requirements

No because the foods already handle ratios for you
I dont think so bruh
Having to plan out what id eat everyday sounds more complex than planning out how much of each supp to take after getting my blood tests run

whatever floats your boat. what works for you works for you
"worse is better"
vs
"the right thing"

What the fuck does “worse is better” vs “the right thing” fucking mean
worse is better is simpler to implement
the right thing is more complex to implement but as the name implies, "the right thing" to do.
For example, supplement stack is easier for you to do, but the diet is probably the "right thing" or the "right way". Of course depends from circumstance to circumstance. Originally a software term.

But yeah im compromising perfection for convenience
It should end up fine though
