Big time recessive chin and ccw rotation question

how do i fix my receded or downward grown chin and maybe also achieve ccw rotation to fix my big ahh nose. i cant really hop pressure with my tongue to my palate, i nose breath most of the time but breath with my mouth open when i sleep.

Surgery basically

You can try mouth tape, chewing on premolars, mewing Bla Bla Bla but it all has almost no effect (if any at all)

I will say mouth tape improved my sleep quality a lot, and after using it for a while I never noticed myself mouth breathing ever, so there are benefits to using it
