I perceived that my bone wrist became much more bigger wider then it used to be after my wrist fusion bones fused.

Wolf's law happens.

According to a Brazilian PE professional, it happened due to exercise.

It used to have a thinner wrist that had a clear deepening, now it is more straight connected between my hand and forearm.

Guys, I am more Shure then ever that we can increase our height with this, but we will need a lot of stress for it to happen.

Hueter-Volkmann Law need to be equally respected!

Hueter-Volkmann Law
theory suggest that:

mechanical forces influence longitudinal growth

*compressive* forces *inhibit* growth

Before and after?

Dumbell twists are great for this I actually do that along with a vibration band placed on my wrist. I do about 100 twists 1-2 second holds and degree of motion overloading by 4* each week until physically impossible so i'm at my max currently, about 90for both sup and pronation. I think Lumberjack axe hacks are good too I just keep hitting my ceiling with them because it's only like 6'5 tall.

Wingspan is easier to change than leg bone due to our hands being able to grip things, doing epiphysial tapping, torsional loading is much better done and can exert better forces and produce greater results better than the leg bones.

Also leg bones are generally denser and require more force to actually create an effect on bone elongation.
