It's kinda true tho, mid delts and upper chest development are primordial for an aesthetic physique

there is not a single person with overdeveloped front delts, spamming lateral raises will lead to plateaus, real shoulder strength and muscle development comes from military press or dumbell overhead press which prioritises both the front and side delt, progressive overload is also easy.

upper chest development is a meme, true a well developed upper chest is good, but there is no one with well developed lower chest, either they are fat or they have gyno, people dont do dips because of lower chest emphasis which is funny
