Hi, I know that it’s hard to assess my situation without pics, but I need some advice to ascend, since I’m currently saving up for surgery (sorry for the long thread)

My first plan was to focus on hardmaxxing features (nose, lips/philtrum, eyebrows, eyes) since my facial structure is not completely shitty (my face is compact and wide enough, it doesn’t show any sign of severe recession or such, my jaw is pretty decent for a woman, I’m lean eccetera): I’ve seen many females getting away with some degrees of recession and still be perceived as attractive (carried by features and coloring of course). But I don’t want to skip the base and ending up not being satisfied because of my impatience.

My maxilla and jaw(this one barely tho ) show some recession, and my midface is pretty freaking flat, which caused bad under eye support (I do not have sclera show and uee tho) and shitty nose size and projection.

I was interested in having bimax done before doing anything else “superficial “, and I was asking myself if it’s an overrated procedure that improves only the side or it does impact heavily the front too: I unironically don’t care much about how my side looks, the important part for me is the front and 3/4 view , and I hoped bimax would 100% improve orbitals, cheeckbones projection, midface ratio and such.

I saw many results that didn’t satisfy me much honestly, tell me what you think!
Thanks.

Your bad maxilla is what holding your looks back and bimax is a good option to get a forowad growth maxilla but it carry on so many risk like :
_Risk of asymmetry is extremely high
_Nerve damage risk (can lose sensation in parts of your face permanently)
_Recovery is brutal - 2-3 months before swelling goes down to "presentable"
_Potential for sinus issues for life
If combined with other procedures, risk of _getting that "uncanny autist" look
If your young (under 20) you can consider palate expender as it gonna do similar effect (forowads growth) bcs the midface is still growing, so forward remodeling of the maxilla can occur naturally along with expansion.

Yeah, you’re totally right about that , but this journey is very important to me and I’m willing to take risks to finally feel good about myself.
I’m planning on booking a visit with Ramieri for bimax (only 11500€ is an extremely good price) , I heard good things about him.
My point is that I’m aware that my maxilla is what’s holding me back , BUT, my features aren’t great either you know , I’d say my strongest points are upper third (short, rounded and good upper eye support), symmetry, my eyes are slightly above average in size (neutral tilted tho 😪) and my jaw is somewhat masculine (in a good way), facial width to height ratio is very good, eyebrows are well shaped.
Maybe I’ll start with bimax and then get down to features( thanks for the advices !)
