Don't fall for self hating ethnic propaganda. From what I have noticed in the Netherlands, most middle-class white women will still want their own, though some may be open to black men. They're often interested in black/african culture (music/food).

Some can have a desire for mixed kids or are just personally attracted to black dudes. "BBC halo" can play a role in this too, but this is more common among lower-quality women.

I mostly see BMWF couples, before I see Arabs, Latino or Asian guys with white women. Even when the black guy isn't that attractive.

Black guys can have a decent shot at getting WW in areas like: the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, US, UK (possibly Turkey and Poland)
