Why are a lot of black people mildly racist

I was at Waffle House and saw two trainees. One white guy and a black girl. The restaurant was all black and I saw the white trainee doing his job fast and quick. Then the manager pushed him away as if he’s doing a bad job and made the black trainee doing it instead. I see this happen a lot in life for example black teachers talking to black students but not other races. I’ve only noticed this in black teachers specifically every other race Latino or white indian seems to interact with all students.

I understand that they both have the same struggles so they might connect over that but I feel it’s unfair to choose favorites for your race. Especially teachers they let students get away with a lot but when I do it I wouldnt get any passes also they give them more help while I get none. I feel it’s unfair especially since I actually want the help. I’m not even white but I feel like it’s unfair to get less help just because im not black.

I think because of the connection black ppl have with eachother they just tend to trust eachother more and thats just how it is. Also, they likely dont even realize theyre doing it, might be internalized.

That’s fine I don’t think it’s wrong to feel more comfortable or trust each other more but I lt really sucks that I can’t get the help I need or get treated less nicely for actions

Yeahhhh that makes sense. You are a miniorty in this situation, which means that (even if they deny it) balck people can be racist to you. It sucks, seriously

From my experience they tend to be very performative and loud although southeast europeans, north africans and middle easterners are worse, at least here. If youre black too then its obv not as bad of an experience

why are you watching them mistreat white people and then making up excuses for them? you literally see proof that they're bad and then keep blaming circumstance. it's laughable. they're bad people, you can just end the conversation there. it doesn't matter where it came from they're actively doing things to mistreat whites, even the ones that'd be considered "innocent" if they got to know them. it's selfish
