First evisceration thread ever is going to be an absolute slug fest. This thread is just so I can release all of my stress and cortisol. If it gets deleted it gets deleted for some Jewish reason.

What happens next is a bunch of slop about him saying that I should be giving the op an answer instead of saying hes wrong which is not what I was even trying to get across. What I was telling bro is that he was wrong about sleeping on his back but he continuously begged me to give an explanation. If you don't believe me, check the thread and count up how many times he asks. Anyway, I eventually gave my answer on how op should do it.

3. Pillow under your knees helps a lot with maintaining spinal alignment and making sure it doesn't change while your asleep among other things.

the people's of today don't follow through with that. Maybe years ago that would be the method but for people to see shit nowadays, it has to be posted via popular sites related the topic, especially with this community. I already do that, I post my articles here and on org.

Imo I love that platform I actually have a potential future using it

I just got a brand indorsement recently just posting myself
