Blepharoplasty/other to reduce upper eyelid exposure?

I think I was pretty fortunate overall, but it looks like the upper region of my eye orbits might be a little high, increasing upper eyelid exposure. I also have a neutral-pointing medial canthus as opposed to one that's downwards pointing. I'll post a picture so you can see what I'm talking about. What procedure(s) would correct this, and how impactful would the results be in terms of SMV?

(I ran out of time to edit the OP)

Anyway, compare this to Sean O'Pry's eyes:

How could I achieve this same appearance and how would it affect me overall? His eyes almost look like parallelograms.

I don't think it's too bad until I compare it to people like Sean O'Pry or Luke Grimes.
