Symmetry is cope Pitt and O'Pry have very noticeable asymmetry

Please give solution

@Mandy?

sleep on your back chew on both sides of your mouth have good tongue posture and look into sphenoid bone alignment excersizes

Wait they have asymmetry? Never noticed, lifefuel for my eye asymmetry
Pitt has a jaw asymmetry that's not hard to spot, very noticeable in middle photo. 99% of humans symmetry is fine

You can’t realign the sphenoid naturally you have asymmetry your only optional is surgical. It’s located deeply craniofacially and no exercise will possibly change this. Also JFL at sleeping on your back 2025 holy giga cope.

This koko face yoga girl made a vid on sphenoid bone alignment excersizes and it lowk helped me a bit and it’s helped others I don’t think it’s cope
She’s a joke. The only asymmetry you could fix naturally is muscular imbalance or soft tissue indifferences.

I agree sleeping on ur back is lowk cope but check ts out

Even with soft tissue you may need an intervention like masseter botox (this should be recommended a little more often than it is imo)

It’s funny because this exercise would never work simply because the mandible and the sphenoid aren’t anatomically aligned. Yes the sphenoid directly influences maxillary and mandibular development but not the opposite way around. This is just jester.

Yup most humans switch sleeping positions during sleep
It’s never comfortable till you get used to it,simply dosent prove that it’s the natural sleeping position. Also in the sense that when you sleep like this your vital organs are exposed.

I’m not that knowledgeable about this specific topic so

Sleeping on my back is the most uncomfortable thing ever

Yeah it’s fine it’s just that you can prevent asymmetries naturally but you can’t simply reverse them. Only things like for example when the masseters are uneven in size can be fixed naturally and isn’t really a structural problem. For me I have a little bit eye asymmetry which sucks but @JeezyTheSnowman gave me lifefuel so

As long as it is just a "little bit" it is fine and completely normal, perfect symmetry is impossible

Yeah and plus Everybody is asymmetrical in some way even certain psl gods/goddesses

Yeah and plus I feel like majority of people are asymmetrical in some way even certain psl gods/goddesses
As I showed above, Pitt is asymmetrical, Lima has jaw asymmetry... jaw asymmetry and eye asymmetry is giga common

Yeah it’s quite literally impossible to be perfectly symmetrical
