Blood clots fucking life up

I haven’t eaten sugar in like 4-5 years but recently while fighting 2 fat ass blood clots (lung and spleen) it’s all I crave. Just sleeping 17 hours a day and eating slop. This shit is ass don’t recommend. In the other hand the blood thinners and all the meds have made my skin hella clear and weight fall off so maybe clotmaxing is the way to go? Lowkey wondering if anyone here has had a blood clot before??!
